TOI Brand Products — 1 Year Warranty
All TOI brand products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Electrical or mechanical malfunctions not caused by misuse or improper handling
- Material or workmanship faults
If your TOI product develops a fault within this period, we will:
- Evaluate the issue upon receiving photo or video proof, and if necessary, inspect the item directly.
- Repair or replace the product with a new, identical, or equivalent model at no cost to you.
What’s not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, impact, or exposure to water (unless the item is waterproof)
- Altered, modified, or improperly stored items
- Products without proof of purchase

Branded Products — Manufacturer Warranty
Many of our premium international brands provide their own official warranty coverage, typically ranging from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the manufacturer.
If your product is from a branded supplier (other than TOI), please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty card or product manual included in the packaging.
We are happy to assist you with any claims by coordinating directly with the brand’s authorized support team.
Low-Cost & Non-Branded Items
For low-cost or non-branded products, warranty coverage depends on the individual manufacturer’s policy.
Our customer service team will always inform you of the applicable terms if a warranty claim arises.
While these items may not carry formal long-term warranties, they are still carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards.
