The Spicy Expansion Pack includes hot cards to add to the basic version. We call it Spicy because this is our phase, our routine, our life. The Boss asks with a black card and the others answer with their funniest white card. The Boss will decide (as always happens anyway!) What is the funniest answer and the player who gave it wins the black card. The player with the most black cards at the end of the game wins! Of course, you decide when the game will end, maybe never!
